Not much happening here last night, we decided not to go out and had a good grilled steak and some sangria while we watched Scrubs all night and just took a relaxed approach to it all. We watched Dick Clark miscount down the ball and then went back to Scrubs.

We just started 2007 and all I can think of is June, August and September.

Right now we are watching the “Granddaddy of them all” The Rose Bowl and Michigan just recovered a USC fumble, GO BLUE!

We took the trimmers to Reggie today, he takes it better then I expected, but yes I am bleeding, poor kitty. But he is not the one cleaning up himself or the floors, so it’s a small sacrifice to be made.

Hope no one is fighting too big of a hangover today and I hope to be able to see most if not all of you face to face soon.

Not a bad year really, it started off horribly with losing Aurora in January, but she was 17+ and gave us many good years with her constant bitching and just over all snobbish “I’m better then you” attitude, er… CATtitude. Still, I miss the skanky beast and her bad breath and that damn tail flicking on my mouse and keyboard as I try to work.

We had a great 2 weeks out west in Oregon, Washington and British Columbia, it was so much fun we decided we want to move out there permanently so we are preparing to move out west and with that itself will be a huge undertaking and life changing.

Sports wise, Pacers are still sucking, even after we got Al Harrington back, who should never have been traded in the first place, and we could have traded a pussy Jermain Oneal for a tough mofo like Al Iverson, but nooooo…. That would make me happy.

Colts started great and then became the Colts again, so I expect another early exit from the playoffs, but I still really love Manning and Harrison, greatest QB/WR combo in history. And who can not love the Saints? Fucking Drew Brees is the man and what a feel good story of the year. I was sad to see him leave the Chargers, and I knew he would make the Saints better, but I was thinking at best 8-8 and not the #2 seed in the NFC with a 10-5 record.

Purdue Football… lol, where to start? 8-6 this year, but more like 4-10, just no heart and passion, this goes from the coaches to the players. Still we had a really good time at the Champs Bowl. We sat with good people, had some Pop Warner football at the start which was 5-7 year olds in full pads playing, place went nuts when a kid threw a 10 yard TD pass. I had no idea they even made pads that small, and the fireworks was amazing all night long, some of the best I’ve seen and I am not a fan of fireworks.

We also got to meet some friends face to face for the first time  and made new ones and became closer to some old friends and of course everyone we work with who have taken us to new heights and new directions then we have ever been.

This is actually a lot harder to write then I thought it would be, I am really struggling with trying to remember what all has gone down for us in 2006 and I am drawing a blank lol.

So I will close this for now, I know 2007 will be huge for us in so many ways and we look forward to changes and can not wait when we don’t have to make plans 6 months in advance to go visit our friends who live on the west coast. We can just get in our car and go.

Greatest… Video…. EVER!

I just happen to turn on VH1C this morning to find this, I had no idea they made a new album, and that they played 2 miles from me 2 weeks ago, I really need to get out more.

But this made me laugh and cry it is so….so…. Twisted… so typical of some SMF’s.

VH1C said this is their final album ever, I cant wait for everyone to go back to work after the holidays so I can go pick it up with out dealing with the crowds.

This actually got me into the “holiday spirit” if that is what it is I am feeling…

There is nothing like waking up to a ranging bad migraine that I thought I had toked away with my meds last night to kill it off, but obviously not. And since we have to get up for yet another visit from the incompetent bug guy who is making his monthly appearance when it is suppose to be a once every 4 months appearance, that is just icing on the cake.

But that is what happens when I get cut off when I talk and he refuses to listen to us until we got his supervisor here and low and behold, exactly where I said a carpenter ant nest was, is where one was found. Sigh… I love being ignored, especially when I am paying for him to be here and in my own home.

Looks like Denver got f**ked up with snow. I once spent 52+ hours in a US Navy airport while in my dress blues uniform, which is wool and heavy and not something you want to wear for more then an hour or two at most, so imagine the smell of me and then times that by the 150 others in my squadron who was stuck with me. Bad day that was… That was a major shit storm in the US Navy, so bad a 2 star Admiral was forced to retire since we was stuck due to f**k ups and not the weather.
