• Did good at the gym, finally hit 3.62 miles in 30 on the treadmill, decent on the abs & weights…just want to keep it up for the week. #
• The day felt like it was starting rough & it was confirmed…it is going to be a crappy one. No matter what I do it isn’t going to do better #
• Most days I know what I’m doing so the ones that I feel lost on annoys me. #
• Dang it! Go to the store, it wasn’t bad enough that they have pants out when we are needing shorts..but I forgot the cat food!!! #
• I got the litter & the liners….but no cat food & they didn’t have hubby’s shampoo….annoying. =( #
• Finally watching Mamma Mia! Totally enjoying the ABBA songs….I grew up on those in Germany, we had their records before they hit the US. #
• Mamma Mia! was a cute slighty goofy store line, but I love it. But then I love corny things & ABBA just made it even better…..lol #
• Watching MallRats before bed, wacky movie, boy does Jason Lee have so many different looks. #

• Today is the 40th Anniversary of the Moon Landing….which is very cool. Of course, I have to promote Purdue since Neil Armstrong is Alumni! #
• Purdue has graduated more astronauts then any other public university (22 to far) including Gus Grissom & Eugene A. Cernan (last moonwalker) #

• I got in a pretty good workout in, going to be harder as the week goes on due to gym is going to get stuffy with the rising heat. =( #
• For those who don’t know, I’m a big Purdue fan & Alumni….kind of geeky sometimes about it….I know, I’m a goof. #
• This is sad, I had to lay down for about 30mins…..just totally hit a brick wall. Back to work now. #
• The problem w/eating more raw fruit is that my sugar intake goes up BUT the sodium intake from processed food goes down…..lol #
• Wow, I was much hungry then I thought….I devoured the tasty dinner hubby made & it really hit the spot. #

• Just getting ready to do our normal Sunday Starbucks run….that is how we normally get out on the weekends…….lol #
• Got our high calorie breakfast in, hope to be able to work some of it off today….or don’t eat as much……lol #
• There is so much that I don’t eat anymore that I want so bad since I started counting calories, I miss the days of eating what I want. #

• Hubby decided that we were to clean out the fridge…it needed & good thing we both attacked, because it takes too long other wise. #
• Got some work done, now going to head downstairs & work on things for myself…..cutting up strawberries & melon….yummy. =) #
• Breyer strawberry ice cream w/fresh raspberries, strawberries, banana, chocolate & cool whip…..fabulous!!!! #
• Looks like we are going to have to set up the ac again tomorrow. Going to enjoy the fresh air while we can tonight…heading to bed soon. #

• The little town we live in just had a pretty long parade downtown. It was nice, all we had to do was walk down to it. #
• We knew that something was going on today, but had no idea it was a parade, found out when I walked into town for some local fruits/veggies. #
• It was a cute parade & much longer then you would think this town would have….they threw out candy to the kids…all that sugar….lol #

• We just got done with some house cleaning, hubby attacked window ledges & screen, I vacuumed….Boy, it was a work out. =) #

• We were looking forward to being able to put away the ac for the week…..tired of the noise & miss the fresh air. #
• We did luck out tonight, it is in the 70s with a breeze, feels & smells good….living here & you appreciate it when the ac isn’t on. #
• It has really cooled off & it is breezy. Looking forward to sleeping without the ac tonight & snuggle in our blankets. #

• Even though hubby uses it more then me, it feels good to have a grill again….it wasn’t right not to have one. #
• Especially when we don’t want to cook in the house due to it being in the 90s & no central air….icks. Good thing it cools down at night. #
