I am stunned, still no details other then Chris Benoit and his wife Nancy better known as “Woman†and their son have been found dead. We were lucky enough to meet both Chris and Nancy on 2 separate occasions so this one hits close to home.

A Washington, D.C., dry cleaning store that was sued for $54 million over an allegedly missing pair of pants will not have to pay anything to its disgruntled customer, a judge ruled Monday.
Instead, Roy Pearson, who sued over the missing trousers, may have to pay the store owners’ legal fees.

The Supreme Court ruled against a former high school student Monday in the “Bong Hit 4 Jesus” banner case — a split decision that limits students’ free speech rights.
The justices ruled 6-3 that Frederick’s free speech rights were not violated by his suspension over what the majority’s written opinion called a “sophomoric” banner.

I came home the other day from work and found that Harold had ripped up the kitchen and started packing up. Oh yeah, he took my dinning room table apart….the house is going into a very chaotic state…..I need to organize it a little bit so I don’t run into things and drive me nuts. =)
I have tomorrow off, but you won’t be able to tell. I have nothing but doctor’s appts all day…….icks. Harold and I do have one together….the eye exam one. Since we’ve had the insurance that last 3 months and we won’t have it much longer, we better use it at least once.
I’m looking forward to Wed…..a day off with out the constant running around. That is ok, coming next Tuesday I won’t be going anywhere for a week.
I worked today, had to be in by 6am. I’m starting to feel loopy. So I’m going to head to bed….have a peaceful night.

Dena Kline, 80, of Wilsonville, apparently drove her car down the boat ramp near the Abernathy Bridge and into the Willamette River. Boaters discovered the vehicle Saturday when they ran into it. The car was damaged.
